Beyeonics Surgical, LTD  CEO & co-founder Ron Schneider氏

Ron Schneider is the founder and CEO of Beyeonics surgical, a medical company spin-of out of Elbit Systems. Ron was appointed to his position in May 2018, together with Beyeonics establishment. Prior to this role, since 2012, Ron was senior director for medical device development in Elbit Systems. In his role he led the technology, clinical, marketing and business developments in the ophthalmic and Neurosurgery fields. During the work at Elbit Systems, commencing at 2004, Ron helped establish the Electro-Optics R&D group at Elbit systems aerospace division, specializing in the development of head mounted displays, imaging systems, multi-spectral cameras, guided munitions and laser gated imaging. He earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in electrical engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
