Having grown up in Minneapolis, MN, USA, Matt has spent the last 25 years as a strategy consultant for the world’s leading marketers and start-ups including eBay, Travelocity, Monster, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, HSBC, Mercedes Benz, and more. In that time he has lived and worked in New York, Sydney, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Warsaw, Armenia and Dubai. Matt first travelled to Japan by himself when he was 12 years old to visit a Japanese friend and has been in love with all things Japanese ever since.
